Description

• The Production Manager will oversee all daily operations of the unit. He must develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
• Ensure efficient & safe operation of plant.
• Knowledge necessary to accomplish to accomplish the safety
• Responsible for all resources like personnel, equipment’s, raw materials at plant
• To work as leader of team, manpower management & to develop team work among the staff.
• Keeping records related to raw material, material in process & finished products, prepare MIS report day to day basis.
• To complete any other task assigned
• Responsible for good housekeeping.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders as well as work at height, manage confined space entry, withstand extended periods of walking and standing.
